Andrew Cotton FCIH
Consultant
Andrew has worked in social housing for over 20 years, starting his career as a Housing Assistant. He has worked for housing associations and district and borough Councils in a number of regions, including London. He has over seven years’ experience as a Chief Housing Officer and has been a non-Executive Director.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a qualified Lean Six Sigma practitioner.
Julie Martin
Consultant
Julie is an experienced and driven property professional who has worked for local authorities, both first and second tier, and housing associations across the Midlands and the West of England. Julie has successfully managed all asset, property, and repair functions, including direct labour organisations.
Julie is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Craig Spence
Consultant
With nearly two decades of management experience, Craig has worked in both the private and, for the last 14 years, the public sector. Craig has held a number of senior positions for borough and district councils, including Chief Housing Officer, and has provided successful consultancy across the Midlands and London.
Craig is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a qualified PRINCE2 project manager.
