Examples Delivered:

Consultancy for a London Borough to ensure SQS compliance in relation to asset management and the Building Safety Act 2022.

Produced a revised Decent Homes Strategy and action plan, helping the authority achieve its best Decent Homes outcome (>95%) for 2024/25.Ensured all high‑rise blocks were registered and all Building Safety Case Reports prepared for call‑in.

Supported further SQS-related work covering responsive repairs and application of TIA approaches including resident engagement and complaint root cause analysis.

Examples Delivered:

Led on reviewing Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), providing insight following annual survey results, including technical support on TSM calculations.

Delivered a six‑month consultancy project for a major Midlands-based PRP, reviewing complaint handling processes, response templates, silo impacts and opportunities for improved coordination.

Lessons learned analysis led to the establishment of a dedicated complex repairs team.

Completed a review of SQS compliance for an East Midlands Local Authority and its ALMO, focusing on landlord health & safety. After reviewing policy, practice and data quality against regulatory requirements, bespoke action plans were created for each function. A final report was presented to the Council’s senior management team following identification of significant risks.

We offer bespoke training packages, for up to 12 attendees (why not join with other landlords to keep your costs per person down).  Our preference is face-to-face but can deliver hybrid or on-line sessions if that works better for your business.   We flex our training packages to meet your requirements and can deliver a masterclass training approach for experienced colleagues, or “intro to” for those who need it.
